C’est à Hiroshima, un des trois hauts lieux pour la production de saké au Japon, que se

trouve l’unique centre national de recherche en fermentation al coolique du Japon. Nous

expliquerons le contexte historique qui a mené Hiroshima à deve nir la Mecque de la pro –

duction de saké, les particularités des sakés de Hiroshima, et la façon d’aborder en France

le branding en frayant la voie à d ’autres régions.

Why the Great Sake of Hiroshima ?

Sujets abordés: It is in Hiroshima, one of the three most impor tant places in Japan for

the production of sake, that is located the sole national resea rch center for brewing in

Japan. We will explain the historical context that lead Hiroshi ma to become the mecca

of sake production, the characteristics of Hiroshima sake, and the way to address bran –

ding in France acting as a pioneer for other regions.
