Cheese and Sake pairing

The Cheese and Sake pairing workshop, was the opportunity to introduce 5 “Sake and Cheese” pairings. Among those, one fresh goat cheese and wasabi, from Eri Hisada, japanese cheese monger in Paris, with olive bread from Jean-Luc Poujauran, artisan baker also located in Paris, paired with “Sookuu”, a junmai sake from  Fujioka shuzo from Kyoto, showcased during the 2015 Sake fair by Enter.Saké.
