lasts for over 1000 years. He will explain how this Japanese type of ceramic is used for

sake through its history, its region of production with its wide kilns… We will be able to

touch, taste and understand how this “Bizen ware” enhances our senses for Japanese sake

thanks to its special aesthetic and physical qualities.
