Hyogo Prefecture boasts the highest sake production in Japan. There is a reason for that: Hyogo’s long history of sake. During this conference, we will talk about the history of various sakes and the charms of each of the Prefecture’s region. In addition, you will have the chance to watch a performance by the famous puppet theater of “Awaji Ningyo Joruri”, whose istory dates back 500 years.
