Takara shuzo is a leading Japanese and worldwide sake manufacturer , organized with various breweries in Japan and  broad.

During this masterclass Mr Akutsu Takashi will explain about his company’s sake brewery called Shirakabegura, based in Nada, Japan, using a specific knowhow for high quality, but also new style sakes such as Mio sparkling sake.
