Tataki-style Beef and Sakes

Following the success of the new formula launched last year, based on workshops that are shorter timewise, more entertaining, and providing the opportunity for many more participants to take part over the two days of the Salon du Saké, we continue to explore different pairing combinations around one course or dish(which however keeps changing from one workshop to another) by pairing them with different sakes. These workshops should allow you to explore and understand, even more easily, the full richness of food-sake pairings by comparing and evaluating critically different combinations and types of pairings. The subjective dimension is naturally present in each and all of them; hence, you will be able to select the one paring (or the pairings) that matches (match) the most closely your taste.

Guillaume Arditti “in charge of operations” at the Kura restaurant
Sylvain Huet, First French National to have received the Sake Samurai Title Award and organizer of the Salon du Saké

In partnership with the Kura gastronomic restaurant -Paris 16th District (16ème Arrondissement)

Tasting:
– One dish: tataki-style beef by the Master Chef of the former restaurant Kaseki now in Kura restaurant.
– Four different sakes to be discovered by pairing with this specific dish.
