We have offered this year a “carte blanche” to a young chef awarded by a first star in the “Michelin guide 2018” : Ryohei Kawasaki.

Native from Hiroshima, this Japanese chef who has a real passion for French culture, will offer an insight into his culinary world, through five different exceptional pairings. All recipes presented in his workshop will be specially created for this carte blanche, arising out of the various subtleties of each chosen sake.
