One of the heavy trends in the french gastronomic panorama of these last months is the revival of the “bistrot” concept, loved worldwide.
Most often, this cuisine called “bistrotière”, are classic recipes part of our culinary heritage.
However, it occurs that a certain number of chefs have decided to take the plunge, by re-visiting this famous repertoire.

The outcome is most of the time offbeat, with surprising plates !

This workshop will make you discover a whole panel of new flavors and their different pairing possibilities.

With us, Parisian chefs or bistrot restaurant owner and Sylvain Huet, Sake Samurai, Founder of the French Saké Academy and Organiser of the “Salon du Saké”.
