Garlic from the little village of Arleux, burrata, sprats, sheep cheese or vanilla ice-cream… as much ingredients that have one thing in common, they’re all smoked !

We will pair these products with the woody aromas of different sakes, and see how fascinating it can be.

Chefs, artisans, sommeliers, will all gather for this unusual moment.
