Part Two: What’s happening in the other European countries
(a tasting will be held beforehand from 11:30am till 11:45am)

Discover three other craft Sake makers in Europe and their motivations. One, in Norway, is the European pioneer in this field with 7 years of experience, another one has recently started brewing in the Spanish Pyrenees and the third one family is setting up a sake brewery in Cambridgeshire, eastern UK, which will be open to the public for visit in 2018.

  

TASTING from 11:30am till 11:45am

Between the two parts of this panel discussion, a 15 minutes’ break will allow us to taste some of the sake produced and brought by these craft Sake makers from France and Europe.
