7th European Sake Summit.

Sake has a long and venerable history in Japan, but its journey is comparatively only just beginning in the West. Has the European perspective on sake revolutionized the way this traditional beverage is promoted, marketed, associated with gastronomy or even simply enjoyed? Has the nature of this beverage, rooted in tradition, been interpreted/reinvented for the Western consumer?
What solutions, innovations have been found and what impact on the market?
As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Salon du Saké, this 7th opus of our “European Sake Summit” will be an opportunity to celebrate 10 years of development in the different countries of Europe and to ask ourselves the question of its future for the next 10 years.
These are the questions that will be addressed this year for this 7th summit of experts, composed of professionals from all over Europe.
Some of the discussions will be in small private groups but the last session, taking a tour of the state of the market in Europe, will be open to the public and will be held in two parts, Sunday and Monday morning from 11:00 to 11:45.
