“Understanding, enjoying,
and using PURE SAKE (junmaishu)”
This talk will deal with the similarities AND the differences between
pure sake and wine, will do away with many unfounded myths
about unpasteurised sake, and will emphasize the many joys and superior
potential of junmaishu over sake to which alcohol etc has been added.
