Sake and Scents: A Nose Game!

Did you think you knew everything about sake? Think again! We’re offering a Master Class with a tasting unlike any other, where the tasting transforms into a game of discovery.
A Game of Sake and Perfumes
Forget classic tasting. Here, we have fun! Astonishing sakes, from sparkling sparkling to audacious kochu (aged sake), will reveal themselves before your eyes (and your nose!).
With the help of exceptional perfumes from Maison Serena Galini and the creator Isabel Prin du Lys, you will be challenged to find surprising associations. Like real detectives, you will hunt for hidden notes and create unexpected pairings. It’s fun, it’s surprising, and it’s the best way to learn!
A Discovery for Everyone
Whether you are a curious amateur or a seasoned professional, this Master Class is for you:
• For Enthusiasts: Sharpen your olfactory perceptions, train your nose, and develop your tasting vocabulary in an incredibly fun and memorable way.
• For Professionals: Enrich your ability to recognize scents, aromas, subtle, and elegant nuances in your glass. An added asset for your business!

To accompany you in this Master Class with Tasting:

Sofia Lafaye, Renowned journalist specializing in wines and spirits (Gault & Millau, Sommeliers International, Beef Magazine, The Wine Expectation, Luxsure, and several other magazines).
You will enjoy:
4 to 5 sakes like you’ve never tasted them before.
