Hosted by Sofia Lafaye, a renowned journalist specializing in wines and spirits, this experience will lead you through a unique sensory journey. Equipped with a mask and a black glass, you will discover several sakes in a completely new way.
Let yourself be guided by the aromas, textures, and flavors, and prepare to be surprised by what your palate can discover when your eyes are no longer there to influence your perception.
This fascinating experience, inspired by the work of neuroscientist Gabriel Lepousez, is open to everyone: professionals or simply the curious. It’s an adventure that pushes the boundaries of traditional tasting.
