5 of the best sake producers from Fukushima Prefecture, 2 Michelin-starred chefs, a gourmet event not to be missed and a journey to discover the famous sake terroir of FUKUSHIMA, our 2025 guest of honour!
This is a gourmet event not to be missed! Come and share a delightful moment at an exceptional table. Ayumi Sugiyama and Romain Mahi, the chefs of the Michelin-starred (since 2019) restaurant ACCENTS table bourse in Paris, will offer an exclusive tasting of their creations, enhanced by 5 sakes from Fukushima.
This is an invitation to discover new sensations and awaken your taste buds with 5 fabulous pairings.
