At his restaurant, MAGMA, located at 9 rue Jean-Pierre-Timbaud, Paris, 75011, Japanese chef Ryuya Ono fuses French gastronomy with his continuously renewed inspiration and gourmet instincts. He does this through a tasting menu that focuses on respecting the seasons. The flavor pairings are relevant, exemplified by an excellent trout with chanterelles. You can also expect inventive desserts, such as his pumpkin Mont Blanc! The decor is charming and the service is attentive.
