As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Salon du Saké, it seemed to us that it was the right time to revisit, in 2024, the question of the place of sake in France in restaurants.

Has the image of sake really changed in 10 years? With which audience(s)? How has this place evolved and why…?

Of course, we will not limit ourselves to celebrating this evolution but we will ask ourselves the question of its future and try to imagine the sake scene for the decade to come!

Several personalities from the restaurant industry will participate in this round table.
To host this one but also to bear witness, two pillars of gastronomy who will share their great experience in this field:
Chihiro Masui, author and gastronomic journalist
who will be accompanied by:
Patrick Duval, director of the Wasabi sushi school and host of the “Meilleurs restaurants japonais” group on Facebook.
They were also the two co-hosts of our very first round table in 2013 during the first European sake fair, giving us the honor and pleasure of thus completing our first decade
