現在、指定されている地理的表示（GI）は「日本酒」を含む13 あり、今後も増える予定です。
今こそ、日本酒愛好家が真に地域性を反映した酒とは何かを真剣に議論するべき時代です。 地域性を決定するのは何か。お米？ 水？ 杜氏流派？ そもそも清酒の地域性ってあるのか？
日本のGIのスペシャリストが、この議論の最新の展開についてして解説します。

Takehisa brings a wide range of expertise to the world of sake, from management, finance to marketing.
He assisted drafting the production standards for numerous Geographical Indications (GI) of sake, including Tone Numata, Hagi and Shiga.
Prior to serving as President and CEO of Sake Edge, he was in the finance industry, mainly in private equity investment, and assisting the investment companies.
