Discover the very first craft sake makers in France and their motivations. Five original paths through which some of these pioneers are already selling their production, or about to, while others are still experimenting. Whatever the ca se, all of them have grown a personal and committed approach that they will share with us.
TASTING with the Sake makers
Between the two parts of this panel discussion, a 15 minutes’ break will allow us to taste some of the sake produced and brought by these craft Sake makers from France and Europe.
