founder & owner of Akebono Unlimited AB. Founded in 1997 Akebono is today

the Scandinavian leading importer and distributor of Japanese Sake. He’s giving

lectures and seminars of sake to professionals and amateurs and does guided

gourmet trips to Japans Sake breweries and the interesting Izakaya world.
