Established in 1686. Using water from underground of River Okitsu, known for its

clear water, we use a small amount of rice, approximately 600 kg, for fermentation. We

are proud of our standards of no compromise and no short cuts to produce Garyubai.

It results in a high impact and aromatic fl avor.
