Tôji (maître-sakéificatrice)

Having truly met sake in Paris where she studied fashion, Mariko Léveillé entered the world of saké with the dream of brewing sake in Europe and spreading the popularity of this magical beverage. After one year of apprenticeship in rice cultivation and sake production in Niigata prefecture, she joined Miyoshino-Jozo (Nara) in 2016-2017 where she brewed the first saké under her name.

From 2018 she will join the Brasserie Chevalier as a master brewer of sake.
