Born into a family from Sakagura, Hijiri-shuzou in Gunma, with Bachelor Degree of Agriculture at TOKYO Univ., he previously worked for Oisix (Start-up platform selling organic agricultural products) and learned to produce sake at 4 different Sakagura (Aramasa, Masuizumi, Abe, Hijiri) during 3 years before joining WAKAZE to become To-ji in 2018.
