Sake Passion was founded in September 2010 by Vincent Muller, graduated sommelier since 2009. Organisation of gastronomic events aiming at promoting sake pairing with European cuisine style, the organisation of training and conferences with the objective to educate people to the Japanese sake culture and importer of the great sake produced by the Miyasaka family kura from Nagano since 2014. Since 2016, Sake Passion has added seven new sake produced by six newly selected kura to propose its customers a well-diversified range of products.
