Chef sommelier / Hotel « THE PENINSULA PARIS » – Paris 16 – 

Xavier Thuizat is, since its opening, the head sommelier of the Parisian palace “The Peninsula”. He had the heavy responsibility to set up from scratch the very luxurious wine cellar of the hotel. Within one month, he gathered no less than 14,000 bottles. From very rare bottles, like the oldest wine of the world, to some beautiful lucky finds… and sakes!

Will be participating to the « Kyôto’s delicacies and sakes »« One chef … One sake » and « Pastries and sakes » pairing workshops.
