The Tottori prefecture’s natural heritage is a great source of pride. Among its jewels, some are the object of immemorial beliefs, such as Mount Daisen or the famous Tottori dune. In this natural environment, producers thrive and carefully cultivate, breed and produce high-quality products. Takamoto FUKURA, Tôji (master sake brewer) and owner of a sake brewery, member of the Izumo famous tôji guild, will talk about locally made sake while Asami CHIBA from theTottori prefectural government will introduce us to this beautiful region touristic attractions.

PDG de la maison de saké Fukura Shuzo Representative Director of Fukuda shuzo, he is also in charge of the production for his brewery. As a tôji he is a member of the famous Izumo Guild of Tôji. He will speak about the local sake of Tottori Prefecture during the conference presenting the Prefecture on Saturday afternoon.

Directrice du développement des marchés, préfecture de Tottori et chargée de la promotion de saké de Tottori Born in Tottori, grow up in Tottori and left Tottori to enjoy city life in Tokyo, but eventually came back to Tottori missing its excellent nature and foods. She will make a presentation of Tottori on Saturday afternoon.
