The bountiful nature of Iwate’s mountains and sea coast has formed the basis of a rich regional culture since the very early days of Japan foundation. Iwate is known for its fine farm produce and seafood from the harsh natural environment. The land of Iwate creates good rice and pure natural water for sake breweries. Up-and-coming young chef Mr. YAMAGUCHI, Botanique restaurant, got very inspired by his visit to Iwate. He will explore and present the sake and gastronomic potential of Iwate. You can not miss it.
