For 400 years, Hyogo has reigned as the world’s leading sake producing region. By untangling history and regional specificities, we will discover how the characteristic qualities of these sake from Nada (“Nada no sake”) appeared. In this seminar, you will experience the fantastic pairing of “Nada no Sake” and Kobe beef presented by Michelin starred chef Takayuki NAMEURA, restaurant “MONTÉE” , born and raised in Kobe, Hyogo prefecture.
