The Salon du Sake 2025 European Fair for Sake and Japanese Beverages is fast approaching (October 4-6). Your discovery schedule is ready, but be warned: registration for workshops, conferences, master classes, demonstrations, and roundtable discussions is open, and places are filling up fast.

Don’t just show up, book your calendar so you don’t miss any of these unique moments!

The essentials of the program: Your day-by-day schedule

Here is a small selection of the 31 exclusive events awaiting you, organized daily. The Tasting Workshops are in high demand: remember to book them in addition to your admission to the fair.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4 (Professionals and General Public)

A day for enthusiasts and the official opening:

11:30 a.m.: Kagami Biraki Ceremony. The traditional sake barrel opening ceremony with the delegation from FUKUSHIMA, the 2025 guest of honor.
11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.: [GOURMET WORKSHOP] Carte Blanche given to MAGMA Restaurant. Chef Ryuya Ono offers pairings that will excite your taste buds. (Reservations required!)
12:45 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: [MASTER CLASS] Blind tasting to gain insight! A fun challenge to perfect your knowledge.
1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.: [FUKUSHIMA MASTER CLASS] Fukushima’s terroir identity, a valuable ally for gastronomy. (Master Class with Tasting).
4:30 PM – 5:15 PM: [CHEESE WORKSHOP] Unique pairings with a new selection of cheeses for this classic sake-food pairing.
5:45 PM – 6:30 PM: [ICONIC WORKSHOP] Carnac oysters and sake. The ultimate salty pairing. (Reservations required!)

A day dedicated to major names and deepening knowledge:

11:45 AM – 1:15 PM: [EXCEPTIONAL WORKSHOP] Carte Blanche ACCENTS table bourse. Chefs Ayumi Sugiyama and Romain Mahi offer five unique pairings based on Fukushima sake. (Reserve!)

A day reserved for buyers, restaurateurs, and the media. Sourcing and Master Classes continue for professionals eager to integrate sake into their offerings.
