Stéphane Jégo, comes from the south-west of France. He owns one of the best bistrot of Paris. He worked for many years with Yves Camdeborde, who opened in the 80’s the first Parisian gastro-pub.
For more than 15 years now, Stéphane is every night behind the stoves of his Parisian bistro « l’Ami Jean » (« Friend George ») in the 7th district. Proud of the culinary transmission that he has the chance to receive, his « Basque » cuisine is generous, tasty, only prepared with exceptional ingredients!
Will be participating to the « One Chef … one Sake » pairing workshop.
