Happy Nihonshu no Hi !

Today, October 1st, 2015, we celebrate the “Sake Day” in Japan ! This day marks the beginning of the sake’s new season that lasts until early spring. The very first official “Sake Day” dates of October 1st, 1978, and was established by the National Interprofessional Union of Sake’s Producers.

This year, the “Sake Day” takes a global dimension and becomes #SakeDay!

It is also the “Sake Month” in France and Europe with the European “Salon du Saké 2015”, which is now approaching!

Start October with Nihonshu no hi and end it with “Salon du Saké” in Paris, October 31st and November 1st!!
