- Prefectures (or Regions) can have their own dedicated display stand
- To introduce your Prefecture (or Region) and its products
- To invite the consumers to discover and identify your “terroir” and other local attractions and link them to the quality of your Sakés in the same way they know the great Wine regions (Bordeaux, Bourgogne, etc.)
- To have them taste your Sakés and other local drinks, while introducing the touristic appeal of your region and famous local products and crafts
- Be the first to position your Prefecture or Region as a great Saké region among French and European consumers and professionals (Journalists, Sommeliers, Restaurant Owners, Wine Shop Dealers, etc.) and raise awareness about it.

- Following the 2013 « Saké G8», we’re aiming for 12 to 15 participating countries this year

- From this year, all Japanese drinks, alcoholic or not, can be showcased
- New French and International Press and Media Partnerships (TBA)
- An even more ambitious 2015 Conferences, Master Classes and Workshops Program featuring many experts from a wide variety of countries (TBA)
- A Strong Increase in Attendance
- Following very positive feedbacks and requests since 2013, we’re expecting to double the attendance this year, rising to 2, 500 / 3, 000 qualified visitors over 2 days
- A New Location
- Located in the very centre of Paris by the Seine river and only 300 m from the Eiffel Tower & the Trocadéro, at a 3 minutes walking distance from Japanese Culture Centre in Paris (the Nihon Bunka Kaikan or MCJP), the Cap 15 Congress Centre, 1-13 Quai de Grenelle Paris 15, will host the 2015 “Salon du Saké” and Japanese Drinks Fair in conditions of utmost comfort and safety for all Exhibitors and Visitors.Access is easy using subway line Number 6 (Bir Hakeim station) and RER line C (Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station).
Several car parks are available in the vicinity. Upon reservation, Exhibitors can rent a parking spot in the private car park at the event location.
