Why the Great Sake of Hiroshima ?
Sujets abordés: It is in Hiroshima, one of the three most important places in Japan for the production of sake, that is located the sole national research center for brewing in Japan. We will explain the historical context that lead Hiroshima to become the mecca of sake production, the characteristics of Hiroshima sake, and the way to address branding in France acting as a pioneer for other regions.
