Dear Exhibitors and Partners, Dear Friends,

Following an exceptionally difficult 2020 year due to the pandemic and the ensuing postponement of the 2020 Salon du Saké, we are pleased to confirm the new dates for the 2021 Salon du Saké in Paris of October 2, 3 and 4, 2021 and to inform you that registration is now open.

The vaccination campaign has been accelerating in practically all the European countries (70% of the European population is expected to be vaccinated by the end of July, 2021). Recent developments, such as the actual reopening of pubs in the United Kingdom and the reopening of outdoor dining in France announced for mid-May, have been encouraging. Under these circumstances and with the outcome so far, we are looking forward positively and with confidence, and are doing our utmost to prepare for the 2021 Salon du Saké under the best possible conditions. Of course, we will continue to monitor closely the sanitary developments and keep you updated.

After all the event cancellations or postponements, all the professionals in the trade are now eager to be able to meet again, to exchange, network and discover or propose new products.

As you are well aware, two of the main purposes of the Salon du Saké are to: (i) create or develop one’s professional network; and (ii) find new clients, suppliers, importers, distributors and retailers in Europe. Therefore, the challenges of the upcoming 7th Salon are taking up a new dimension in the ongoing and foreseeable circumstances, namely: to get together and involve all the participants in the sector that needs so badly the full and active support of all.

As background information, in 2019 the Salon du Saké welcomed 5,129 visitors (including professionals accounting for 2/3 of the total) coming from 45 different countries, with a large increase (+12.7% from 2018) in the number of all the professionals and a sharp increase (+39.1% from 2018) in the number of wine merchants and cellar men. Over the years, the Salon du Saké has been able to establish itself more and more firmly as the largest event dedicated to the Saké outside Japan.

Please, take full advantage of this unsurpassed and must-see Get Together to give a new impulse to the promotion of your Sakés and Japanese beverages, and reserve today your slot or table at the October 2021 “Salon du Saké” European Fair for Saké and Japanese Beverages.

Your attention please: You can benefit from a special reduced tariff if you make your reservation and the payment prior to June 6, 2021 (the regular tariff will apply thereafter).

It is well understood though that all those exhibitors, who had already confirmed a reservation for the 2020 Salon du Saké that had been postponed to 2021, will be automatically registered for the 7th, 2021 “Salon du Saké” in Paris.

We remain at your entire disposal for any query or request for additional information relating to your participation through email or through the contact page.

Looking forward to seeing you at the 7th, 2021 “Salon du Saké” European Fair for Saké and Japanese Beverages in October in Paris, we wish you very good preparations for your participation in the upcoming Salon.

Kindest regards.
Sylvain Huet
Founding-President and Organizer of the “Salon du Saké” European Fair for Saké and Japanese Beverages
